Stuart Berliner FRICS
Stuart Berliner is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with over 30 years experience in the construction industry. Stuart has worked on a wide variety of new build and refurbishment projects, a large number of which have been in the London area, many with listed status. Formerly a partner of a national practice of Chartered Quantity Surveyors, Stuart co-founded J.S. Projects Limited in April 1996. He has worked on numerous projects including private houses, flats, residential developments, offices, retail warehouses, factories, car showrooms, health centres, drama school rehearsal studios, leisure centres, youth clubs and community centres, hotels, restaurants and casinos. |

John A Carton MRICS John Carton is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with over 30 years experience in the construction industry. John has worked on a wide variety of new build and refurbishment projects, a large number of which have been in the London area, many with listed status. Formerly a partner of a national practice of Chartered Quantity Surveyors, John co-founded J.S. Projects Limited in April 1996. He has worked on numerous projects including a leisure centre, cinemas, hotels, offices, banks, casinos, health centres and high quality residential developments. |
